By accessing or using the Soligo Roofing website or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Soligo Roofing is a DBA of PJWD Energy LLC, a licensed roofing contractor serving residential and commercial customers across Florida.

1. Use of Website

You may use this website to learn about our roofing services, request quotes, schedule appointments, or contact our team. You agree not to misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.

2. Service Estimates & Quotes

All quotes provided through the website or in person are based on initial information and subject to inspection and verification. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, materials selected, or insurance/financing approvals.

3. Payments & Invoicing

All payments are due as outlined in your signed agreement. We accept cash, check, and approved financing. Late payments may result in additional fees or project delays.

4. Insurance & Roofing Compliance

For any roofing work financed through or related to an insurance claim, both Soligo Roofing and the Customer agree to comply with all applicable Florida statutes, including § 489.147, which prohibits contractors from offering rebates, waiving deductibles, or providing inducements for insurance claim work. Soligo Roofing does not act as a public adjuster and does not interpret insurance policy provisions, determine coverage, or negotiate with insurers on the Customer’s behalf. Customers are responsible for contacting their insurance provider directly to confirm coverage, deductibles, and policy terms prior to signing a contract. Soligo Roofing is not a licensed public adjuster. We do not interpret insurance policy terms, guarantee coverage, or represent homeowners in insurance negotiations. Our role is limited to providing estimates, scope of work, and factual project documentation. Any discussions with insurers are limited to clarifying project scope and cost of work performed.

5. Project Scheduling & Delays

We aim to complete roofing projects as scheduled, but weather, permitting, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We are not liable for delays outside our control but will communicate updates promptly.

6. Warranties & Workmanship

Soligo Roofing provides limited warranties on materials and workmanship, as specified in your contract. Warranty coverage may be void if third parties modify or damage the roof after installation.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your project by written notice prior to material delivery or permit filing. Refunds are subject to costs already incurred by Soligo Roofing. Once work has begun, cancellation may result in partial refunds based on progress.

7.1 Right to Cancel (Florida 3-Day Rescission) (Florida Statute § 520.72)

If this Agreement is executed as a result of a door-to-door or in-home solicitation, the Customer has the right to cancel this contract without penalty or obligation by giving written notice of cancellation by midnight of the third business day after the date the contract is signed. Written notice may be provided by certified or registered mail as required by Florida Statute § 520.72. If the Customer cancels within this period, any payments made will be returned, and the Customer will not be liable for any damages or costs related to the cancellation.

7.2 Emergency 10-Day Cancellation Notice (Florida Statute § 489.147)
If this Agreement is entered into within 180 days after a Governor-declared state of emergency and the property is located in the declared emergency area, the Customer has the right to cancel this Agreement without penalty within 10 days after the date of execution. This right is in addition to the three-day cancellation right described above and supersedes any shorter cancellation period.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use subcontractors or licensed trade partners to complete certain portions of your project. All work performed will be under our management and quality standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

Soligo Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the contracted roofing service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, logos, and images—is the property of PJWD Energy LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes must be resolved in a court located in Orange County, Florida.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you agree to the most current version.
